Create Your Own Terrarium! (Main)
In honor of Earth Day, spend your afternoon at the Library creating your own terrarium. In partnership with Emerald City Plant Shop, you will have the opportunity to learn more about different kind of plants and plant care. This event will be conducted in the front park area of the Library. In the case of rain, the class will be moved to the Rossi room. The Library will provide all needed supplies.
There will be 2 timed sessions. Please make sure to choose the time that works best for you.

Expressive Art for Older Adults: Beading Workshop (Main)
Learn the basics of beaded jewelry making and the difference between semi-precious stones and precious stones. Participants will keep all pieces they make.

Art on a nice Summer night? Nothing sounds better than that! Come to the Library and enjoy an art filled evening learning the techniques of watercolor painting. In partnership with artist Brooke Lambert, a professional printmaker and painter, she will take you through this guided art class. The library will provide all materials.
CPL Nature Club: Draw a Bird with Local Artist Mary C. Sullivan (Collins)
Join local artist Mary C. Sullivan and learn how to draw the bird of your choice! Participants of any skill level are welcome and will leave the program with their own finished bird drawing. If you don't think you can draw a bird, that's okay - this event will show you that you can!
All drawing and reference materials will be provided.
Registration is required for this program. This program is suggested for participants ages 8 and up.
Beginner Cross Stitch Workshop (O'Neill)
Join us for a beginner-friendly counted cross stitch class at O'Neill!
Learn the basics of cross stitching while working on a mod flower pattern. All materials provided – no experience needed! You'll leave with materials and a pattern to finish your cross stitch piece after class.
