Cambridge residents age 60 and older are invited to weekly Music Jam Sessions this spring! Whether you play an intrument or simply enjoy music, stop by a Jam Session on Monday evenings!
Cypher at City Hall
In honor of Indigenous Peoples' Day and the end of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Mayor's Office is sponsoring a Cypher at City Hall event on the front steps of City Hall.
Girls' Empowerment Sports Events
Expand the Cambridge Sports for Girls Night to include multiple events each year for youth in elementary and upper school. These fun events let young girls try different sports in a supportive community setting!
Baker-Polito Administration Announces Additional Vaccine Clinics to Boost Vaccination Access in Disproportionately Impacted Communities
The Baker-Polito Administration announced a new initiative, the Vax Express, to help further increase access to the COVID-19 vaccine, particularly in communities with low vaccination rates. The Vax Express aims to further increase the Commonwealth’s vaccination rate by offering a unique, and community-focused approach to encourage more people to get vaccinated. Massachusetts continues to be a national leader in vaccination rates with 80 percent of adults having received at least one dose and over 3.9 million residents fully vaccinated.
Electric Vehicle Charging
The City recognizes the importance of EV charging infrastructure along with other sustainable modes of transportation such as walking, biking, and taking public transportation. There are several City-owned public charging stations throughout Cambridge.

COVID 19 Vaccine Clinic
The Cambridge Public Health Department is offering a COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the War Memorial Recreation Center on Wednesday, August 31. All members of the Cambridge community ages 12 and older are welcome.
