The deadline to apply for the next Civil Service exam to become a Cambridge Police Officer has been announced. The deadline to apply for the exam is January 17, 2023. Late applications, which would result in an additional $50 fee, will be accepted until January 31, 2023. In advance of the application deadline, the Cambridge Police will host a series of recruiting information sessions.

The Council on Aging is hosting an event where community members of all ages can have an open discussion about death and end of life with a Death Doula and End of Life Planner.

The written examination is scheduled to take place between March 15, 2025 – March 22, 2025. All interested Cambridge residents are encouraged to apply by visiting www.cambridgepolice.org/joinCPD. The examination period may be extended depending on the number of candidates.
