Creative Expression for Teens with Zahirah Nur Truth (Main)
Zahirah Nur Truth of ZNT Arts will facilitate a workshop that honors creative expression as a tool to empower young people to celebrate joy! Spring is the time to set new intentions. Explore Qigong warm-ups and the elements of Tai Chi with instructor Ellen DeGenova. This class offers highly adaptable and accessible ways of moving for everyone. No experience necessary.
