The Center for Families is hosting their annual Family Fun Day for children from birth to 8 years old and their families.

This month's book: A Tropical Rebel Gets the Duke by Adriana Herrera Audience: Teens and Adults. If you read romance (or want to start), this group is for you! Reading Interests: This group will explore the burgeoning genre of contemporary romance. Example selections include: Honey and Spice by Bolu Babalola and Mistakes Were Made by Meryl Wilsner. How to get the print book: Copies of the print book are set aside at the Main Library Q&A Desk on the ground floor. Visit the Main Library at 449 Broadway during service hours and a staff member can help you check out a copy. How to get the e-book or digital audiobook: This month’s book is available as an e-book and digital audiobook through Libby. The digital audiobook is also available through Hoopla. A series of classes with instruction from Comedian Jack Grey. Learn how to seamlessly integrate interactive improv games, scenes, and skillful storytelling that all come together with performance. The 10-week course will occur every Thursday, 1:30pm-3:30pm, starting February 27 through May 1. The final class will now take place on May 15. No class on May 1 or May 8. This will be an in-person program at the Main Library. Space is limited to 15 participants. Due to the popularity and to gain the most out of this program, we expect all participants to commit to all sessions in this 10-week course. Instructor Jack Grey is a local comedy performer with over nine years of combined improv and stand-up comedy experience. Cambridge Animal Control relies on donations to the Helen Holland Fund, which provides medical care to stray animals and pets in need.

During this PB Delegate Orientation, volunteer Cambridge residents will join the City's Budget Team in learning more about the PB Delegate role. The orientation will cover an overview of the PB proposal development process, volunteer responsibilities and time commitment, as well as an opportunity for volunteers to choose their Delegate Committees and meet fellow volunteers.

Polity Research Consulting conducted a biennial survey of 400 adult residents of the City of Cambridge between Sept. 9-13, 2020.
