Join us for a morning walk at one of the most renowned birdwatching spots in Cambridge, Mount Auburn Cemetery! We will help you identify birds, learn birdwatching tips and tricks, and familiarize yourself with migratory birds as well as those that can be spotted all year round. A limited supply of binoculars will be available. UPDATE: With the May 28th reopening of the Collins Branch Library, this walk will now meet in the courtyard of the Collins Branch at 64 Aberdeen Ave. Welcome back! Registration is required. This event can only accommodate a certain number of participants. One registration is good for one person. If you do not register, you cannot participate. Those on the waitlist will be contacted if a space becomes available.

As part of this year’s National Telecommunicators Week celebration, Emergency Communications is looking to hear from the community and better understand how dispatchers have helped residents. The Department is asking residents to submit a write-up on support they received from a dispatcher or just provide words of encouragement or gratitude for the work that dispatchers do.

Make an in-person or virtual appointment with a Career Counselor in the Office of Workforce Development to review your resume and get feedback on how to strengthen it. The City of Cambridge today announced the April schedule for its 7 days per week testing program, including walk-in and appointment-based testing options. Appointment-only testing, provided through a partnership with CIC Health, will continue be available 7 days per week at CIC Health’s 295 Third Street location to people who live or work in Cambridge.
