The prevalence rates of domestic and gender-based violence are staggering. They are issues that impact all of us and also issues that many people struggle to understand. The DGBVPI works to raise public awareness and understanding through trainings, social media campaigns, visual displays, workshops, etc. The Initiative also works with various organizations to create prevention strategies that are appropriate for their needs, setting, and population.

Join the Central Square BID for a block party celebrating the launch of Central On Air, a new community-driven live streaming platform for DJs, musicians, and listeners alike. Central Square BID is kicking off the summer and unveiling Central On Air to the public for the very first time. Members Sought for New Grand Junction Multi-Use Path Design Working Group
The Working Group will help guide the design of the Grand Junction Multi-Use Path between the Charles River at the BU Bridge, and the Cambridge-Somerville city line. The group will advise Cambridge City Manager Louis A. DePasquale and his staff on key issues related to the planning and design for this important “Grand Junction Multi-Use Path and Conceptual Transit Design” project.
