The "Remembering Together" support group is for patrons who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Facilitated by the library social worker, this online group offers a safe and confidential online space for peers to come together, share common experiences and heal in community. Freedom of Expression: A Movement Workshop (O'Neill)
It’s an act of rebellion to use your body in a public space, articulating power and transcending awkwardness or beauty. Two community workshops, led by Professor of Dance Christine Bennett, will involve movement as a path toward understanding and resiliency in our own bodies and community spaces. The workshops are appropriate for all movers ages 18 and up. Wear comfortable clothes. Register for one or both classes (5/13 & 5/20)
