Join us for a dance party to get your wiggles out! Play a freeze dance game, shake some shakers, and learn the steps to Cotton-Eye Joe!

Healthy Aging and Public Transportation
Partnering with the Council on Aging, the Community Development Department conducted a series of community meetings with seniors focusing on “usability, mobility, and accessibility” to transit. The goal of each meeting was to engage seniors in a discussion about their experiences with public transit, including challenges, barriers, and opportunities.
Video Game Days (Main)
Every Wednesday during the summer, the Teen Room will host video game days! Buddy up in 1, 2, Switch, or battle each other in Super Smash Bros. Between 12 PM and 2 PM grab a controller and hop into the game! For more information contact Ellen at ekaluza@cambridgema.gov.
Nonprofit Grant Applications Will be Accepted Through August 21
The City of Cambridge, through its Community Benefits Advisory Committee, is pleased to announce a new competitive round of grant funding. This funding is intended to address critical needs of Cambridge residents by supporting community-based nonprofit organizations that are well-suited to respond.
Wellness for Older Adults: Chair Yoga (Central)
Join us each Monday at the Central Square Branch for Chair Yoga, led by experienced instructor Louise Parker.
This is an in-person program taking place in the Lewis Room at Central Square. Registration is required for each session.
Louise Parker has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years. She is trained in the Yoga Shanti method of practice, which is rooted in the Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga traditions.
