Come on by this citywide K–8 family STEAM night sponsored by the Cambridge STEAM Initiative. There are over 30 hands on activities for all school age children to engage in!

This project would fund rapid flashing beacons at 10 high pedestrian risk crosswalks. These beacons increase the visibility of pedestrians, especially at night. They can alert drivers to crossing pedestrians, thereby preventing crashes.

Join us at the Valente library for some dinosaur fun! It's your turn to be a paleontologist: use a chisel and brush to excavate your own tiny dinosaur. We'll play dinosaur trivia and look at dinosaur books! All supplies provided by the library. Recommended for ages 5+. Dinosaur coloring pages will be provided for younger children. Learn how to make your smartphone (iPhone or Android) easier to use. Learn how to use different accessibility settings for vision, hearing and interacting with your smartphone. This class will be delivered by a DOORS program instructor. Cambridge, MA - Free Emergency Vehicle Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Robert W. Healy Public Safety Facility at 125 6th Street in Cambridge.

The co-ed, outdoor league, open to Cambridge youth ages 8-12, gives players a chance to learn about hockey, sharpen their skills, and have fun! New and experienced players are welciome.
