These residents play a crucial role in empowering their neighbors to understand climate change and prepare for its local impacts, strengthening community resilience and fostering mutual support. The four-month program – running from September to December 2025 – includes education, resources, and funding for Leaders who host conversations in their neighborhoods to share information about City climate goals and projects.
