Request Sunday/Holiday Work Permit
Per Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 136, Section 7, a Sunday/Holiday Work Permit must be obtained for any contractor work to be performed on a Sunday or Holiday.
SERVICE ADVISORY: The Cambridge Police Records Unit will be open to members of the public, by appointment only, Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Limited fingerprint services will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:30-11:30 a.m. Appointments can be made online. CPL Nature Club: Seed, Plant and Garden Swap (O'Neill)
Bring extra seeds, plants or harvested items from your garden to swap at the Library! We will also have seeds, soil and biodegradable pots so you can plant flowers and vegetables to grow in the late summer and fall.
This program is open to people of all ages! No registration is required.
Off-Duty Officers Take Part in BFit Challenge
On Sunday, June 25, 2026 several off-duty officers took part in the 2026 BFit Challenge at TD Garden. BFit is an annual event hosted by the Boston Bruins Foundation with a goal of promoting community wellness while raising funds for various charities, many of which support first responders, military veterans, and their families.
