How to make the city more prepared for and resilient to the impacts of climate change

Learn about the rabbits that we raise at Land’s Sake. This program includes a rabbit-themed story time, learning about rabbit behavior and anatomy, and a rabbit themed game. The highlight of the program is the Bunny Circle, where youth are able to touch and interact with live rabbits. Funding for Summer Reading has been generously provided by the City of Cambridge, Cambridge Public Library Foundation, Friends of the Cambridge Public Library and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

Plan published in 2000 describes the role of walking in Cambridge, current City policies and projects, and the direction of future pedestrian improvements.

Take care of your eyes as you enjoy nature this summer with a made-by-you pair of bedazzled sunglasses! All supplies will be provided. Recommended for youth ages 5 and up and their caregivers. Dumpster Licenses are required in the City of Cambridge and are issued by the Inspectional Services Department.

What Works Cities Certification represents the international standard of data excellence in city governance. Cambridge is the only New England city Certified at the Gold level in 2024, and one of two cities across the nation to achieve Gold level Certification three times (joining Washington, D.C.).
