The Small Business Data Dashboard displays data from Cambridge's local business market in accessible graph, chart, and text formats. The dashboard also links to license and permitting information and other small business resources available through the City.

Google Calendar can help you stay organized. Learn how to schedule meetings, create tasks, and manage events with Google Calendar. A Google (Gmail) account is required for the class. Please remember your email address and password, you will need them to sign in and practice during the class. Laptops will be provided for the class. The Department of Transportation’s free adult bike workshops help participants build confidence and develop safe riding skills in a supportive environment. Programs include Learn to Bike for beginners, Road Readiness for riders looking to improve their skills, and On-Road Skills for adults interested in gaining confidence riding on city streets. Workshops are free, open to adults, and include the use of bicycles and helmets.

The City of Cambridge Fossil Fuel Free Ordinance is effective March 22, 2024. The ordinance requires new buildings and major renovation projects to be fossil fuel-free. Fossil fuel-free means not using oil, gas, propane, or other fossil fuels. The requirements apply to both residential and non-residential building projects.

This drop-in program is for people who feel comfortable using these machines on their own. The Library will not provide instruction. Anyone wishing to use the sewing machines must have completed a Sewing 101 training through the Library. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Join us for our Annual Housing Resource Fair and learn about housing services and your rights. City staff will provide informational materials and answer your questions about housing rights, affordable housing, financial assistance, eviction resources, and first-time homebuyer programs.

The City of Cambridge plans to install quick-build separated bike lanes on Main Street between Massachusetts Avenue and Portland Street in 2023 and will launch the project with a virtual community meeting and in-person open house in March.

Bike repair stations need to be fixed around the City and need a program for routine maintenance. This project will create that three-year program and expand usable tools by installing five additional stations, ensuring tools are available for all.

In accordance with the City of Cambridge Welcoming Community Ordinance Reporting Guidelines (section 2.129.060), the Cambridge Police Department has published data on interactions with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) for the six-month period spanning from August 2025 to February 2026.
