Join members of the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School for a brief presentation outlining the importance of Health Care Proxies followed by the opportunity to complete and execute your own. Registration is requested, but not required. The Health Care Proxy is a simple document, legally valid in Massachusetts, which allows you to name someone (an "agent") to make health care decisions on your behalf if you are unable to make or communicate those decisions.
Chess Hour (O'Neill)

Older Adult Tai Chi at Russell Youth and Community Center
This class teaches Tai Chi arm and leg movements of the yang style long form. There is a strong emphasis on Tai Chi walking, which has been known to improve balance. The class is offered as part of the pilot program at Russell Youth and Community Center.

Wednesday Night Creative Writing Group (Main)
Writers of all experience levels are invited to join a casual, peer-supported writing group. In this group, participants take turns bringing short in-progress or completed pieces of any genre. The group reads several pieces each month, sharing feedback and constructive criticism in a supportive and inclusive environment.
