The Cambridge Police Department is currently seeking applicants for its next Cadet class. Designed for Cambridge residents between the ages of 18-23 years old who have an interest in serving the community and potentially pursuing a career in public safety, the Cambridge Police Cadet Program offers a competitive hourly wage ($19.77), 37.5 hours a week, strong benefits, vacation time, and many opportunities to learn about the department and a career in public safety.
Spanish Class for Daily Life
Learning Spanish can be a rewarding and joyous journey! This class is offered to adults ages 60+ and will focus on building connections, nurturing curiosity, and celebrating the lifelong adventure of learning together.
Safety Awareness Presentation for Older Adults
This will be an opportunity for older adults to meet with the newest members of the Cambridge Police Community Outreach Team and to learn about all the ways that the Cambridge Police work.
Zumba Gold in North Cambridge for Older Adults
This is a low impact, easy to follow, 45-minute Latin-inspired dance class. This class is appropriate for older adults of all fitness levels and participants can go at their own pace.
Pride Month Story Time (O'Connell)
We invite children and their grown-ups to join us for 20-25 minutes of songs, stories, and rhymes about being yourself!
