Remembering Together: Grief Support Group (Central Square)
The "Remembering Together" support group is for patrons who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Facilitated by the library social worker, this online group offers a safe and confidential online space for peers to come together, share common experiences and heal in community. Separated Bicycle Facilities
The term “separated bicycle facility” is generally used to refer to bicycle facilities that follow street alignments but where there is a physical separation between the bicycle travel area and the motor vehicle travel area, often through barriers or grade separation. They are located between the street and the sidewalk, or between the parking lane and the sidewalk and may be referred to as buffered bike lanes, raised bike lanes, cycle tracks, or one-way bike paths.
[Make-up Date] Wellness for Older Adults: Chair Yoga (Central)
Join us each Monday at the Central Square Branch for Chair Yoga, led by experienced instructor Louise Parker.
This is an in-person program taking place in the Lewis Room at Central Square. Registration is required for each session.
Louise Parker has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years. She is trained in the Yoga Shanti method of practice, which is rooted in the Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga traditions.

Cambridge Young Authors' Squad - CYAS with guest author Patrick Joyce (O'Neill)
Young people ages 10 to 14 who love to write are welcome to share their ideas and writing. There will be time for share-outs/workshopping, as well as group or solo writing. Snacks are provided!
This week we will be joined by guest author Patrick Joyce, author of Back in the USSR and Strawberry Fields.
