Sacramento Field
The City of Cambridge is planning a comprehensive renovation of Sacramento Field.
Pollinator Garden
Pollinator gardens are gardens specifically for native plant species that provide pollinator resources for local wildlife. This project will design and plant a pollinator garden within a city park to attract and nourish native pollinators!
Traffic Garden
A Dutch Traffic Garden, called “Safety School” in the U.S., is a permanent park for children to learn transportation etiquette by role playing. Kids take turns biking, walking, and driving a miniature streetscape in a safe environment.
Science of Public Safety Touch-A-Truck Event
The event will feature vehicles and interactive exhibits from Cambridge Police, Fire, Public Works, Animal Control, Emergency Communications, and the Park Rangers, along with our partners from the Massachusetts Environmental Police, Middlesex Sheriff’s Office, and Professional Ambulance Service.
