Our public art collection reflects the growth of technology that continues to expand the contemporary artist's palette, which can include different metal alloys, plastics, paint, glass, water, or new media. Through our applied science practice we assist that exploration of new public art materials, and research best conservation materials for treatment and care.
Roadway Paving of Various Locations
Beginning November 1st, weather permitting, the City’s contractor, E J Paving, will begin performing partial roadway milling and grinding. Paving will begin the week of November 6th.

Pilot Project for COVID-19 Testing in Nursing Homes
Cambridge Mayor Sumbul Siddiqui and City Manager Louis A. DePasquale announced that the City will partner with the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard on a pilot project to test for COVID-19 in nursing facilities.
