Join the Collins Branch Library in collaboration with the Cambridge Climate Leaders Initiative for a monthly discussion of a climate-related topic. Each month the group will discuss a book on the topic at hand then hear about a related local program or initiative and how you can take action. Topic: Community Resilience Documentary: This month we will be discussing the documentary, 2040 which is available on Kanopy and as a DVD. The Cambridge Public Health Department and city partners are hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the Cambridge community on Wednesday, Dec. 15 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School (CRLS), 459 Broadway.

Cambridge’s FY26 budget reflects moderate growth, with key increases supporting schools, salaries, preschool expansion, and public safety initiatives like body cameras.

The City of Cambridge announced that over $1 Million in grants will be awarded through the Community Benefits Stabilization Fund. 106 nonprofit organizations (501c3) will receive $10,000 grants to provide services to vulnerable Cambridge residents during the COVID-19 emergency and recovery.
