The Cambridge Police Academy/Training Unit is responsible for coordinating and directing the Police Department's training efforts.

The Office of Workforce Development (OWD) offers a variety of youth employment programming and services. We provide services for Cambridge residents starting at age 14 through the summer after they finish high school.

808 Memorial Drive is a 300-unit apartment complex overlooking the Charles River. Over a period of seven years, residents worked together with Homeowners Rehab (HRI) and the Trust to acquire and renovate the property. HRI completed renovations in 1998 and this former “expiring use” property is now permanently affordable.

The City of Cambridge announced that it is extending its successful program for feeding homeless residents with meals provided by local food establishments through January 30, 2022.
