FY24 Tax Rate Letter
The Budget process for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) began in the fall of 2022. This was the first Budget that I have prepared for the City of Cambridge since becoming City Manager. It was an amazing honor to lead that process, and much success is owed to the dedicated city leaders, teams, and staff members, who work incredibly hard everyday to maintain and build a stronger, more equitable and thriving City.
FY18 City Manager's Tax Recommendation Letter
City Manager tax letter to city council on recommendation for the required votes necessary to minimize taxes on residential properties, with analyses of the fiscal year property tax levy, property values, and other supporting information.
North Cambridge Neighborhood Study
1990 report with recommendations by a study committee composed of neighborhood residents working with CDD staff covering housing, land use and zoning, urban design, transportation, open space, institutional uses, and economic development.
