Navigating intersections can be dangerous while riding a bike. Adding bike signals to busy intersections that already have traffic signals will help cyclists safely cross intersections at a reasonable cost to the city.

The Cambridge Police Department is enhancing its ongoing traffic safety education and enforcement by participating in a Pedestrian/Bicyclist Safety Campaign in November. The state grant funds we secured will help add additional staffing resources throughout the city to promote additional safety. CPD works all year to educate and enforce traffic safety as we receive community feedback and input from other city agencies on potential issues. We also focus on areas where there have been traffic pattern changes.

You will learn how to use Google Drive to manage your files and images. A Google (Gmail) account is required for the class. Please remember your email address and password, you will need them to sign in and practice during the class. Laptops will be provided for the class. Greenhouse gas inventory for Cambridge's municipal operations. City of Cambridge Municipal GHG emissions from 2008 through 2012 were inventoried using The Climate Registry’s Local Government Operations Protocol (LGOP) and General Reporting Protocol (GRP).

The Cambridge Arts Council and Gallery 344 are located in the renovated City Hall Annex at 344 Broadway. We welcome everyone to visit our space and to view the large-scale wall paintings created by Mike Glier for the Annex. We also invite you to view current and future projects at Gallery 344 attend our public events. The objective of the programming at Gallery 344 is to explore and advance the role of art in public life. We involve local, regional, and national artists in exhibitions and educational programming that engage our audience throughout the City and beyond.

At the highest level, the goal was to develop a full and clear understanding of all problems affecting residents’ ability to obtain and effectively use broadband—and to suggest a range of solutions. This study does not presuppose what the problems are or what the solutions should be. This study is about digital inclusiveness, or what the City of Cambridge has called “digital equity.”
