Let’s talk about your favorite comics! Bring in a graphic novel and share your thoughts on why it’s great – or even why it’s terrible. Each month will feature a different reading challenge – you get to pick any comic that you think matches the theme! Celebrate comics with snacks, books, and maybe even the chance to make one yourself! This month’s theme, bring in your favorite comic and tell us why you love it. Snacks are provided. Learn to fix your broken household items, such as electronics, appliances, clothing, and toys etc. at the Fixit Clinic. Volunteer Fixit coaches will review, take apart, and assist in repair attempts. Gain the confidence and knowledge to make repairs and teach others to do the same. This event takes place in The Hive, located on L1 of the Main Library. Open to all ages, registration is required. World Space Week runs October 4-10, 2025. Celebrate with an after school activity. Supplies will be provided to design your own galaxy or solar system. Recommended for ages 4-10 with a caregiver.

Learn Where to Turn Please join us! In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Cambridge Public Health Department in collaboration with the Community Safety Department, the Cambridge Public Library and Find It Cambridge will be sponsoring a panel discussion and tabling event. Come learn from our panel of local mental health providers as they discuss how to access support for yourself or a loved one and what to expect when reaching out. The event will take place on May 19th, 6-8pm at the Cambridge Public Library, main branch. Light refreshments and childcare will be provided.
