Looking for a space to unleash your creativity? Join instructor Marguerite White, Wednesday afternoons March 5 through April 30 (No group on April 2), for two hours each week to work on a drawing or watercolor project of your choice. State Launches Nursing Home Family Resource Line
To assist families throughout the Commonwealth, the state’s Executive Office of Health and Human Services launched a Nursing Home Family Resource Line on April 8. Through this dedicated telephone line, staff are connecting families of residents in nursing homes or rest homes with the information and resources they need.

Textiles and Mattresses Banned from Trash Disposal as of November 1, 2022
Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection is adding textiles and mattresses to materials banned from trash disposal. Textiles include clothes, linens, towels, shoes, and accessories, like hats, gloves, socks, underwear, belts, and handbags. Residents can schedule a free mattress and textiles pickup online, or drop-off textiles at 12 locations.
