The City of Cambridge has teamed up with the Cambridge Mask Alliance, a coalition of 12 local nonprofits led by Cambridge Volunteer Clearinghouse (CVC), to make face masks accessible to those most in need.

The Affordable Housing Trust's August 2025 meeting is cancelled. The next CAHT meeting is currently scheduled for September 25th, 2025 at 4 p.m (subject to change). Join Navigation Games for Leprechaun Orienteering, a free and fun outdoor event for all ages at Kingsley Park in Fresh Pond Reservation. Teams of 2–4 people will travel through the park and use a special map to look for checkpoints — before tricky leprechauns move them! The event is sponsored by the City of Cambridge.

The City of Cambridge and Police Department are warning residents and businesses about a recent scam that has targeted various community members. There have been several recent instances where individuals or businesses conducting a transaction with the City, such as applying for a permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals, have received fake invoices by e-mail.

The city’s Open Data Program makes government data easily available in useful formats, and is intended to increase transparency, foster engagement among residents, and create new opportunities for collaboration between Cambridge and the public.
