Department of Public Works to Host Arts in the Park Saturday September 27
The Department of Public Works and Adius Arts Initiative are presenting the fourth annual Arts in the Park event on Saturday, September 27, 2025, as part of a continued celebration of local art and The Port Infrastructure Improvements Project currently underway. The event, held at Clement Morgan Park, is aimed at highlighting the neighborhood's rich art and the infrastructure project whose construction is imminent.
Late-Night Detours on Route 28 Wednesday, August 2 to Friday, August 4
The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) will reconstruct sidewalks and begin resurfacing Route 28 in Cambridge (McGrath Highway and Monsignor O’Brien Highway). Work will include late-night/early morning detours for traffic heading north between Third Street and Broadway.
Cambridge NITES with Central Square BID
Join the Central Square BID for a block party celebrating the launch of Central On Air, a new community-driven live streaming platform for DJs, musicians, and listeners alike. Central Square BID is kicking off the summer and unveiling Central On Air to the public for the very first time. Remembering Together: Grief Support Group (Central Square)
The "Remembering Together" support group is for patrons who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Facilitated by the library social worker, this online group offers a safe and confidential online space for peers to come together, share common experiences and heal in community.
