Through this program, Electrify Cambridge will provide no-cost advising by technical specialists on all measures that can electrify a home or residential building. Those measures include heat pumps, solar panels, weatherization, water heaters, induction stoves, electric vehicle chargers, and more. Electrify Cambridge specialists will also help residents tap into all available state and federal incentives.

The training exercise will be held at the Cambridge Health Alliance East Cambridge Care Center on 163 Gore Street.

July is Disability Pride Month. In honor of Disability Pride Month, Rachel Tanenhaus, ADA Coordinator for the City of Cambridge and Executive Director of the Cambridge Commission for People with Disabilities, reflects on what disability pride means to her.

As part of the initiative, the City is encouraging residents to introduce themselves and engage with their neighbors. Residents can submit their events to the online Meet Your Neighbors Day map. Hosts are only limited by their imagination!
