This is a low impact, easy to follow, 45-minute Latin-inspired dance class. This class is appropriate for older adults of all fitness levels and participants can go at their own pace.

Get more practice with Google Drive! Learn some tips and tricks to organize your files and images. Google Drive is your online file storage that is connected to your Gmail account. A Gmail (Google) account is required for the class. Please remember your Gmail and password, you will need them to sign in and practice during the class. Laptops will be provided for the class. Residents who are not eligible for regular unemployment benefits can now apply online for the new Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) program. The new federal program provides up to 39 weeks of unemployment benefits to those who are unable to work because of a COVID-19-related reason but are not eligible for regular or extended unemployment benefits. This includes self-employed workers, independent contractors, gig economy workers, and those with limited work history.
