The Cambridge Summer Food Program is proud to bring back Fun Under the Sun, a recreation initiative that encourages Cambridge youth to get active, have fun, and make connections. Come for lunch and stay to play!

Drop by the Central Square Branch's Lewis Room to read and discuss “No Flesh Over Our Bones" by Mariana Enriquez. Copies of the story will be provided, along with snacks. No preparation is needed. The Department of Public Works (DPW) is launching a 3-year pilot program to host pop-up events in different neighborhoods to help residents divert batteries, e-waste, and other hard-to-recycle items from landfills.

Turn paper cut-outs into animations with the Gif-O-Graf machine! See your stories come to life! This program will take the place of our weekly After School Stories and Crafts. No registration required. Recommended for children ages 4+ and their caregivers.
