DePasquale today announced matching donations of $250,000 each from Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to cover costs associated with the creation of a Temporary Emergency Shelter at the War Memorial Recreation Center, Field House, and garage.

Week of the Young Child - Learning At Home

The City of Cambridge today announced the April schedule for its 7 days per week testing program, including walk-in and appointment-based testing options. Appointment-only testing, provided through a partnership with CIC Health, will continue be available 7 days per week at CIC Health’s 295 Third Street location to people who live or work in Cambridge.

Governor Baker announced that the Commonwealth’s early closing order & stay at home advisory will be rescinded effective 5 a.m. Monday, January 25. The Commonwealth is also extending the 25% capacity limits for most sectors through 5 a.m. on Monday, February 8. Both of the changes announced by the Governor will apply to the City of Cambridge.
