On December 22, 2020, the Baker-Polito Administration announced further restrictions to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth, including new capacity and gathering limits. Case counts in Massachusetts are down 99% from their peak in January, and hospitalizations are down by 93% since their peak in January.
