Through her artistry, she strives to inspire others with music that reflects real-life experiences in hopes of connecting with vast audiences. PARK SOUNDS 2026 brings free outdoor musical performances featuring local artists to the front lawn of the Cambridge Public Library Main Branch. These events are all-ages. Learn how to visually capture your own memoir or fictional creation in a short graphic novel through story planning, character development, and techniques for capturing emotions, motion, and time. Materials provided and no prior art or author experience needed! Registration is required, and registering for this session includes the following two Tuesdays 1/20, and 1/27. Create your very own one-page tabletop role playing game. In this two-session class, you will learn how to design your own game from scratch. We will cover themes, mechanics, and get started on making your idea a reality. No prior experience needed, all materials provided. Ages 10-14, registration required! The Cambridge Early Math Group is a partnership of organizations who care about math as a civil right. Together we work to support Cambridge families and young children around math literacy. Our goal is that all children (birth to eight years) and their families will engage in joyful math play. This is one of the paths to developing a positive math mindset and becoming a life-long math learner.

The Sergeant and Lieutenant assigned to North Cambridge through the Cambridge Police Neighborhood Engagement Program will be hosting a meet & greet on Tuesday, June 23rd at Saint John the Evangelist Church from 6pm – 8pm. The shelter, part of the Commonwealth’s Emergency Assistance Family Shelter system, is designed for eligible families in Massachusetts who are experiencing homelessness (eligible families must have children under 21 years of age and/or individuals who are pregnant) to stay while they work with case managers to find and move into stable, permanent housing.
