In keeping with the recommendation of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Cambridge Public Health Department, the City of Cambridge is strongly recommending that residents wear face coverings anytime they are outside of their home.

Through this quick-build project, we will install separated bike lanes on Massachusetts Ave between Dudley St. and Alewife Brook Pkwy. Our toolbox includes pavement markings, signs, and flex posts. The project will also consider methods to improve bus reliability, such as dedicated lanes.

A crane carefully swung “Edge of the Forest,” a 12-foot-tall steel sculpture of a deer, into place in Vellucci Plaza, the heart of Cambridge’s Inman Square, on July 18. The sculpture's creator, Mark Reigelman watched as workers anchored it into place.
