Transform your residential street into a place for play. Play Streets is new program to temporarily close streets to car traffic and transform them into places for play, learning, and fun.
Crime Scene Services Unit
The Crime Scene Services Unit is the "CSI" Unit of the department, assisting detectives in processing major crime scenes and evidence collected by officers and detectives.
Vaccines and the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Primer for the Public Tonight Feb. 24
Dr. Zuri Sullivan and Dr. Bruce Walker of the Ragon Institute will provide information geared to the general public as to where the virus that causes COVID-19 came from, how it causes disease, how the body fights back, how vaccines work, the safety and efficacy of those COVID-19 vaccines currently being rolled out, and the prospects for these vaccines to contain the pandemic now that mutant viruses are arising.
Peace Commission
The Cambridge Peace Commission promotes peace and social justice within Cambridge and in the wider world. It also promotes community resiliency and supports Cambridge’s Sister City relationships.
New Park Pavilion
Add a new pavilion to a Cambridge public park to allow for outdoor, covered gatherings during all types of weather.
