March First Time Homebuyer Workshop
Pre-registration Required. The four-week workshop will cover a variety of topics including: an overview of the home buying process, credit & budgeting, obtaining a mortgage, legal issues, home inspections, and an introduction to Cambridge's financial assistance programs. Classes include a combination of presentations by Cambridge homebuyer counselors, local real estate brokers, home inspectors and loan officers. Crisis Negotiations Unit
The Crisis Negotiations Unit consists of specially trained officers who are prepared to deal with people who have taken someone hostage or have barricaded themselves within a building or similar setting.
