Pre-registration Required. The four-week workshop will cover a variety of topics including: an overview of the home buying process, credit & budgeting, obtaining a mortgage, legal issues, home inspections, and an introduction to Cambridge's financial assistance programs. Classes include a combination of presentations by Cambridge homebuyer counselors, local real estate brokers, home inspectors and loan officers. Waste Management Educational Campaign
Leverage local artists to develop an educational campaign about proper disposal of recyclables, trash and compost. This approach will decrease waste, reduce recycling/compost contamination and reduce rats by improving sanitation.
