Governor Baker announced the dates that all remaining residents and certain worker groups will be eligible for a vaccine. Improve safety on Massachusetts Avenue by adding shared lane markings for bicycles, along with signs saying “Bike Route,” “Bicycle May Use Full Lane,” and “Watch for Cyclists” where bike lanes are not already present.

After more than 30 years of dedicated service to the Cambridge Police Department, Commissioner Christine Elow has announced her retirement. With Commissioner Elow’s retirement, Superintendent Pauline Wells has been named Acting Police Commissioner. She joined the Police Department in 1993 and has most recently served as Superintendent of Operations.
