The City of Cambridge has announced the launch of the 12th cycle of the Participatory Budgeting (PB) process. Residents will decide how to spend $1 million for winning projects that will be included in next year’s Fiscal Year 2027 Budget. Community members can submit ideas until October 12, 2025.

In partnership with Start By Talking, LLC (SBT) and Transition House, the City of Cambridge conducted a needs assessment to evaluate and clarify justice needs for survivors of color who have experienced domestic and gender-based violence.

The Affordable Housing Trust will hold its monthly meeting in-person and via Zoom webinar. Celebrate National Moth Week in style! Step 1: Drop by the Collins Branch to make a moth mask with guidance and costume advice from Cambridge Wildlife Arts. Step 2: Debut your mask on the red carpet at the second annual Cambridge Moth Ball on Wednesday, July 23 from 7:30-10 p.m at the Fresh Pond Reservation's Kingsley Park. Learn all about moths and their role in the ecosystem, participate in "mothing," and take photographs of moths. Costumes encouraged for children & adults!

Informal Book Exchanges are already popular in Cambridge on streets and at the Public Works yard. This project would install 13 Little Free Libraries to support literacy, community engagement, and fun throughout the streets of our city.

Join Meg Stone, the author of The Cost of Fear, and CRLS youth leaders to learn gender-inclusive strategies for learning safety skills important for resisting coercion, intimidation, and violence, while feeling empowered in stressful situations.

The Small Business Data Dashboard displays data from Cambridge's local business market in accessible graph, chart, and text formats. The dashboard also links to license and permitting information and other small business resources available through the City.

Election night results include in-person early voting, mail-in ballots received by election day, and ballots processed by tabulators in polling places. These results do not include hand-counted ballots, write-in results, or provisional ballots.
