Over the summer the Cambridge Police Department welcomed our newest Cadet, Samantha Ayala. The CPD is also pleased to announce that our 2025 Cadet Exam will be held on Saturday, November 15th.

The Fall 2022 Edition highlights some of the programs and services to support our most vulnerable populations.

Beginning October 17th, weather permitting, the City’s contractor, E J Paving, will be performing partial roadway grinding and paving operations to enhance the road conditions on several sections of street around the City. The roadway grinding operation at each location is expected take two days followed by paving of the roadway later that same week, or the following week (weather permitting). For a list of street sections to be re-surfaced, please see below.

Join the Valente Branch for their new book group! This group will meet monthly to discuss a mix of fiction and nonfiction books. The May selection will be Chemistry by Weike Wang.
