Audience: Teens and Adults. If you read romance (or want to start), this group is for you!
Reading Interests: This group will explore the burgeoning genre of contemporary romance. Example selections include: Honey and Spice by Bolu Babalola and Mistakes Were Made by Meryl Wilsner.
How to get the print book: Copies of the print book are set aside at the Main Library Q&A Desk on the ground floor. Visit the Main Library at 449 Broadway during service hours and a staff member can help you check out a copy.
How to get the e-book or digital audiobook: This month’s book is available as an e-book and digital audiobook through Libby. The digital audiobook is also available through Hoopla.

Veterans Day Observance Event Saturday, November 11 and Veterans' Appreciation Week November 13-17
The City of Cambridge Department of Veterans Services will host a Veterans Day Observance event on Saturday, November 11, from 11 a.m.-12 p.m., at Cambridge Common. A Veterans Appreciation Week will be held November 13-17, at the Veterans' Life and Recreation Center, 51 Inman Street, 2nd floor, Cambridge. events will provide an opportunity for veterans and their loved ones to gather and participate in health, wellness, and other fun and interactive activities. Free food and refreshments will also be available each day from 12-4 p.m.
Curbside Christmas Tree Collection Schedule
Curbside pick-up of un-decorated Christmas trees will occur January 3-13 on your curbside collection day. Decorations must be removed and trees should not be in a plastic bag.
Lets Help Cambridge Residents Buy Bicycles
This proposal will expand bike ownership for qualifying low-income residents. This two-year program will make bicycles available for purchase at discounted rates and provide reliable cycling transportation for residents in need.

Sustaining Community: A Climate Change Book Group (Main)
The climate is changing, and we're all here on the planet together. Join us for a monthly community gathering and discussion of a variety of books about climate change. We will share thoughts, resources, and occasionally host special guests in a welcoming small-group environment.
For our January meeting, we will discuss Human Nature: nine ways to feel about our changing planet by Kate Marvel.
