The Cambridge Police Department announced that 30 new police officers graduated on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from the sixth Cambridge-Northeastern Police Academy class following a special graduation ceremony that was held at Northeastern University. The graduating officers join their respective departments after successfully completing 23 weeks of training, which started in January 2024. The sixth class includes 9 new Cambridge Police officers

The Cambridge Preschool Program (CPP) provides access to free school-day, school-year preschool for all Cambridge 4-year-olds and some 3-year-olds. CPP, managed by the Cambridge Office of Early Childhood, is a mixed-delivery system that allows families to choose preschool programs that best fir their family's needs. Class will be held at Saint James Church, 1991 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02140 due to repairs to the O'Neill Branch Library. Join us for an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Class. This class will be taught at an intermediate level. No testing is needed.
