Just A Start is proud to announce an affordable housing lottery for 14 new one and two-bedroom apartments in Cambridge at the Rindge Commons North project. An additional 8 units will be leased by the Cambridge Housing Authority waitlist, and 2 Community Based Housing (CBH) units will be leased by the Massachusetts Rehab Commission waitlist.

Teen Pride Tie-Dye (Valente)
In honor of Pride month, we are celebrating the colors of the rainbow with tie-dye! Teens are welcome to tie-dye a provided shirt or bag or bring something of their own to tie-dye. Paint and Plant a Flower Pot (Central)

Brewery Book Club (Lamplighter)
You’re invited to our September Brewery Book Club, where Lamplighter and the Cambridge Public Library team up to highlight contemporary works from marginalized voices while having a beer. We meet at Lamplighter Brewing Co., 284 Broadway, in the back taproom. This month we’ll read The Reformatory by Tananarive Due. Copies of the book are available at the Main Library Q&A Desk. The e-book and digital audiobook can be borrowed through the Libby app. We’ll gather in the Lamplighter back taproom to discuss the book, what we learned from it, what we found ourselves touched by, and all other thoughts.
