CALEA Accreditation Assessment Team Invites Public Comment
A site-based assessment team from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA), will arrive on Monday, August 18th through Thursday, August 21st to examine all aspects of the Cambridge Police Department policy and procedures, management, operations, and support services. Verification by the team that the Cambridge Police Department meets the Commission’s state-of-the-art standards is part of a voluntary process to gain accreditation – a highly prized recognition of public safety professional excellence. COVID Testing Mondays
The City will offer an additional day of testing at CambridgeSide beginning Monday, July 26. Testing will be offered every Monday from 4p.m.- 8 p.m. Testing at CambridgeSide on Thursdays from 11.am.- 3 p.m. will continue to be offered, as well.
Cambridge Youth Council Unveils New Mural at CRLS
The Cambridge Youth Council (CYC) has created a new mural in the CRLS Cafeteria. The mural aims to highlight the value of diversity by depicting people from different cultures coming together and appreciating one another's company.
