Through the Cambridge Second Chance Program, members of the Cambridge Police Department’s Clinical Support Unit work with eligible residents and various partners through the Cambridge Community Court to seal their statutorily-eligible CORI (criminal offender record information) in order to help support long-term, unhoused residents who have not been able to secure housing due to their criminal records.

Public Hearing of the Half Crown-Marsh Neighborhood Conservation District Commission in order to review applications to alter designated properties and other matters under the provisions of Chapter 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge and the order establishing the district. The Baker-Polito Administration, Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg and the Massachusetts State Lottery announced the Massachusetts VaxMillions Giveaway for residents who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Fully vaccinated residents 18 and older will have the opportunity to enter to win of five, $1 million cash prizes. Fully vaccinated residents between 12-17 years of age may enter for the chance to win one of five $300,000 scholarship grants.

JAS held an initial community meeting on January 14th, 2025 to introduce themselves and the project to the community.
