The LGBTQ+ Youth Out-of-School Time Programs is an informational and best practices guide to help you understand the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusion and provide you with some tools to support inclusion in your OST program and/or organization.

Hear from City Manager Yi-An Huang on his thoughts on transportation in Cambridge, the City’s desire to balance competing needs and challenges on our streets, and how we are committed to making travel safer, more efficient and sustainable.

Youth ages 10-16 are welcome to join three sessions of the table-top game Dungeons and Dragons (DnD), as we build our cooperative role-play and storytelling skills. The first session will include time to build characters and review rules of gameplay. Following sessions will follow a storyline through to the final session. Registration is required, as the program is capped at 6 players. Please plan to attend all sessions! Registering for Session 1 includes the following weekly sessions. No prior DnD experience is required, and experienced players are also welcome to join. The City of Cambridge does not discriminate, including on the basis of disability. Through the Main Street Safety Improvement Project, the City will add separated bike lanes to Main Street between Massachusetts Avenue and Portland Street, creating a more-comfortable bike connection between the Port and Central Square.

Kids in 6th, 7th and 8th grade can come to the Library to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Twilight series! We will watch highlights from the movies, make fan art and celebrate sparkly vampires. Snacks provided. No registration necessary.

Applications to the Middle-Income Rental Program are considered in the order they are received.

Each spring, the City Manager submits a budget to the City Council for their consideration.

Instructions and supplies will be provided for an afternoon activity. Learn to fold paper airplanes inspired by flying dinosaurs. We'll follow complex instructions and share flying tips to make these Jurassic models. Recommended for ages 6-12 with a caregiver.
