Exhibition Policy
As for Gallery 344 in particular, the exhibition program is curated within a very specific scope of presenting art and artists that deal specifically with art and artistic interventions in the public realm or are associated with a percent for art project, in which case we exhibit their other work or working process to highlight the ongoing public project on which they’re working. In other words, it is not programmed as a typical gallery space.

Fire Cider Class (Central Square)
What do you get when you mix honey, vinegar, ginger, horseradish, and whatever else hot and spicy you find in the back of your fridge? A powerful and delicious fire cider that can help our immune system kick out colds, flus and more. In this class, we will discuss the ingredients in fire cider, different recipes for different conditions, and when and how to use them (salad dressings! mocktails!). Mo Katz-Christy (they/them) is a queer Ashkenazi Jewish herbalist born and raised in Cambridge, MA on unceded Massachusett land. They approach herbalism by connecting folks to the knowledge they already have about their body and herbs through working with kitchen medicine, ancestral traditions, and mulberries falling on the sidewalk! Mo graduated from a three-year clinical herbalism program at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism in 2022. They work one-on-one with clients to address the root imbalances that are causing dysregulation and to promote long-term healing, focusing on gut health. City's COVID-19 Testing Sites will Offer COVID-19 Vaccinations and a Modified Schedule in June.
The City of Cambridge and Cambridge Public Health Department (CPHD) will continue to offer free COVID-19 testing for Cambridge residents 4 days per week on with modified hours Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The site at 50 Church St. that previously offered testing will be discontinued beginning in June.
Cambridge NITES with The Phoenix Landing
The Phoenix Landing will produce Mardi Gras in June, bringing the spirit of community joy and celebration to Lafayette Square (intersection of Mass Ave and Main St). Legless Lizard will bring the New Orleans-style Mardi Gras tunes. The event is planned for June 26, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
