Youth Employment Programs
The Office of Workforce Development (OWD) offers a variety of youth employment programming and services. We provide services for Cambridge residents starting at age 14 through the summer after they finish high school.
Next Up Career Exploration Program
This program helps young adults ages 18 - 24 figure out their next step through career exploration, skill-building, and self-reflection exercises.
Job Opportunities
The CLC offers a variety of career opportunities as teachers, advisors, administrative professionals and as community-based outreach workers.
North Cambridge Community Garden
The new North Cambridge Community Garden in the northeast corner of Russell Field will build community, provide healthy food, and promote wellness and environmental awareness.
