Back by popular demand! All are welcome to attend the Cambridge Public Library's free outdoor yoga series. No registration is necessary. The Library will not provide any materials - please bring your own mat and whatever item is in your practice. In case of rain, yoga will be held in the community room. Shayla Tate of M.U.D.D. Flower Yoga leads us through this 60-minute evening flow.

Our monthly Middle Grade Mystery book group is for kids aged 10-14. Check out a copy of the book beforehand, or download it from the Libby app. Our July book is The Case of the Missing Marquess (Enola Holmes #1) by Nancy Springer. This book group will meet virtually and in person at the O'Connell Branch. Please register below if you would like to attend virtually. Annual vigil to honor people in Massachusetts who we've lost due to domestic violence over the past year.

Participants will explore how to build and develop a D&D character, gaining the skills to recreate or expand their own characters in the future. Capacity for this event is limited, and participants will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is recommended for children ages 8 and up. Funding for Summer Reading has been generously provided by the City of Cambridge, Cambridge Public Library Foundation, Friends of the Cambridge Public Library and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

Find your next great read! In this program, we will be sampling books from our Central Square adult collection. Spend 5 minutes with each title before rotating to the next. Snacks will be provided. Registration helpful but not required.

All ages are welcome to join us as we observe birds at Fresh Pond. We will look for birds migrating to or through our area as well as year-round resident birds. As we walk we will discuss general birdwatching tips and learn more about the birds we share our outdoor spaces with. A limited supply of binoculars will be available. Registration is required for this event.
