Swing by for updates on Just A Start's (JAS) affordable homeownership development located at 35 Cherry Street in the Port neighborhood of Cambridge. JAS and Davis Square Architects will be available to answer questions about the project.

The Affordable Housing Trust will hold its monthly meeting in-person and via Zoom webinar. September's meeting will be held at City Hall, 795 Massachusetts Ave, in the Ackerman Room. Cambridge hosts many outdoor events each year. Accessible mats can lay over unpaved terrain to ensure that more people can enjoy the beautiful green space of these events. These mats support families with strollers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids.

Relax and recharge your internal battery with one of our classic board games or bring your own personal fave. Gaming: Unplugged takes place on the first Monday of every month from 6:00 -- 7:30 PM in the Rossi Room. Be there or be square! Do you want to learn how to play Mah Jong? Stop by Adult Gaming: Unplugged on Monday, Feb. 9th for a fun and free-spirited tutorial. Learn the basics of the game and even try your hand for a turn! For the month of February, Adult Gaming: Unplugged will be held on Monday, February 9th, 2026. It will return to its first Monday of the month schedule on March 2nd, 2026.

Every month we will read and discuss a short story as a group. Copies of the story will be provided, and no preparation is need. Please drop in! Beginning Tuesday, September 2, the War Memorial Recreation Center (1640 Cambridge St.) will reopen for programming and public swim for the fall season. This year, we are excited to offer free Family Swim through the month of September.
